Find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions below.
In order for a claim to be processed, the following documents need to be submitted:
- Claim form
- Certified copy of the Death Certificate
- Certified copy of the deceased’s I.D.
- Certified copy of the main member’s I.D.
- Signed Participation Certificate (by main member)
- Proof of Banking Details (e.g., Bank statement)
- Affidavit by the Policy Holder if a third party is claiming on their behalf
- Letter from Home Affairs if the Death Certificate is handwritten
- Police Report if the cause of death is unnatural

Note: Claims typically take approximately 48 hours to be finalized.
