Find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions below.

In order for a claim to be processed, the following documents need to be submitted:

  • Claim form
  • Certified copy of the Death Certificate
  • Certified copy of the deceased’s I.D.
  • Certified copy of the main member’s I.D.
  • Signed Participation Certificate (by main member)
  • Proof of Banking Details (e.g., Bank statement)
  • Affidavit by the Policy Holder if a third party is claiming on their behalf
  • Letter from Home Affairs if the Death Certificate is handwritten
  • Police Report if the cause of death is unnatural

Note: Claims typically take approximately 48 hours to be finalized.
